how we conduct ourselves inside your practice
Your patients receive a Notice of Privacy Practices on their first visit. It seemed only fair that you receive one from us — what we promise, in writing, before we walk through your door.
-
the fee is the fee
The figure on your written quote is the figure on your invoice. If the walk-through runs long, that’s ours to absorb, not yours.
-
your schedule comes first
On-site work is booked before opening, over lunch, or after the last patient. We’ll never ask you to free up a chair for us.
-
we ask before we touch
Nothing on a practice machine is installed, changed, or restarted without the practice manager’s go-ahead — and every change is noted in your report.
-
charts stay closed
We review how patient records are protected, not what’s in them. A business associate agreement is signed before we arrive.
-
nobody is named
Phishing results are reported by role, never by person. Anyone who clicks receives a private, five-minute coaching note — and that’s the end of it.
-
the last hour belongs to your team
Every engagement closes with a 60-minute staff session built from what we found in your office, in plain English, free fixes first.
